On to the job...

We've got a beautiful office and we need someone to help us.

What's it like working at TrainerRoad?

We're a very laid back yet high performing company. For office culture think software startup rather than stuffy lawyer office.  The CEO (that's me) is wearing shorts and a t-shirt today and we stock beer in the fridge for the employees.

We're also a bit obsessive to detail and want to make things really awesome; both in terms of product and our work environment.

We've got a pretty cool gym (for our size) and a shower for employees with towels supplied.

What's the ideal candidate like?

We like people who are laid back and casual, yet hard working. The right person sees that something is out of place, messy, needs replacing/upgrading ect. and just fixes the problem!

The wrong person sits in a chair and waits for someone to tell them what to do.
